Guest lecture by Dr Marko Bošnjak

The European Faculty of Law of the New University cordially invites you to a guest lecture by Assoc. Prof. Dr Marko Bošnjak entitled Modern Constitutional Challenges at the European Level – The Case of Artificial Intelligence.

Dr Marko Bošnjak, a judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union, former President of the European Court of Human Rights, and an internationally recognised legal expert, will, in his lecture Modern Constitutional Challenges at the European Level – The Case of Artificial Intelligence, shed light on key issues that the development of artificial intelligence raises for the constitutional order and the protection of fundamental rights in Europe.

The event will take place on Friday, 27 February 2026, starting at 4:00 p.m., at the premises of the European Faculty of Law in Ljubljana.
